  • Designed for large 2-stroke gas engines; however, it has been used successfully in certain 4-stroke cycle gas engines in continuous, very low load conditions. Check with your Petro-Canada™ Technical Services Advisor.
  • Minimizes combustion chamber, port, piston top and spark plug deposits that could lead to pre-ignition.
  • Excellent corrosion protection.
  • OEM's engine field tests such as Ajax, Clark, Cooper and Waukesha 7042G have been verified.
  • Suitable for engines with catalytic converters.

Do you operate with non-traditional gas sources (i.e. bio, sewage, landfill, etc.)?

  • Designed specifically for engines that are more sensitive to ash levels in untreated gas applications. Provides excellent control of deposits and excellent Total Base Number (TBN) retention characteristics to neutralize harmful acids.
  • GE Jenbacher approval for Engine Types 2, 3, 4 and 6 in Type B and C Gas Classifications.

  • Not for engines fitted with catalytic converters.

  • A multi-grade natural gas engine oil specially designed for small 4-stroke cycle natural gas engines that are difficult to start in severe winter conditions. For extreme cold starts (less than -35°C/-31°F).
  • A low ash, synthetic blend formulation that provides all-season reliability in most applications.
  • Provides low temperature performance down to -35°C through ease of start-up and reduced wear.
  • Excellent cleanliness by reducing valve stem sticking, providing less downtime.
  • SENTRON VTP products may be suitable for use in engines equipped with certain on-road catalytic convertors — check with your Petro-Canada Technical Services Advisor.
SENTRON VTP 0W-30

SENTRON VTP 10W-40


  • A multi-grade natural gas engine oil specially designed for small 4-stroke natural gas engines and converted gasoline engines that are difficult to start in winter conditions. For starts as cold as (-30°C/-22°F).
  • A low ash NGEO to minimize spark plug ash fouling. Wide operating temperature range for the most demanding conditions.
  • Suitable for use in applications where Cummins CES 20074-2012 is specified.
  • Outstanding anti-wear protection.
  • SENTRON VTP products may be suitable for use in engines equipped with certain on-road catalytic convertors — check with your Petro-Canada Technical Services Advisor.
